Welcome to TargetCRM. By using our AI-powered CRM software, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a secure and effective experience for all Malaysian SMEs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- Use of TargetCRM constitutes agreement to these terms.
- Users must be authorized representatives of the SME using the software.
2. Software Access & Licensing
TargetCRM is provided under:
License grants access to selected modules based on agreement.
3. Usage Restrictions
- Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the software.
- Data must be stored responsibly and not violate local laws.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription payments are billed monthly or annually.
One-off purchase and customization fees are defined in agreements.
5. Modifications & Updates
- Xantec Solutions reserves the right to update or enhance TargetCRM modules.
- AI features and integrations may evolve over time.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate under written notice.
Data export is provided upon termination, in line with retention and PDPA rules.
7. Limitation of Liability
TargetCRM aims for maximum reliability, but Xantec Solutions is not liable for indirect losses. Business decisions remain the responsibility of the SME.
8. Governing Law
Malaysia
Terms governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes handled in Malaysian courts.
